Project aims:

1) To examine the influence of skin and soil microbiota on skin infections in snakes and 
2) To examine the connections between skin infections, immune function, and microbiota.

I hope to predict susceptibility to skin infections for snake species and habitats throughout Arkansas and surrounding states.
